On a bright and hopeful morning, TKB Group marked a new beginning — our first official site visit to the upcoming project site in Bercham. The visit brought together our dedicated team alongside valued financial partners and marketing agencies, who joined us on-site to explore the land that will soon be transformed into something truly extraordinary. We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who took the time to be part of this meaningful occasion.

Among the key highlights of the day was the successful clearing of the widest road access in the area — a 100-foot route that will connect Bercham directly to Jalan Tambun. This connectivity is an essential step forward, setting the groundwork for accessibility and convenience for the future community of URban FORResSsTss.
